Chris Ballard – President
Prior to this position, Chris gained more than 18 years experience providing marketing, logistics, operations, and customer service management to Fortune 100 and 500 high-tech companies. Positions held along his career path included: Marketing Production Manager, Sr. Online Marketing Analyst, Worldwide Marketing Operations Manager, Contracts Acquisition Manager, and many others. Titles aside, his unique skill set, organizational leadership, and attitude toward customer service done right would eventually lead him to his current position as President and CEO of Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment, Inc. Those years of experience now finds it’s focus in your companies success, which in turn drives our own– as it should be.
Christine Ballard – General Office Manager
For 18 years, Christine worked in technical customer support and service product management for Applied Biosystems (now Life Technologies), a global biotechnology instrument systems manufacterer. In her most recent position as a service product manager, she supplied in-house product management, logistics, and quality assurance support to the company’s service engineers in order to ensure optimum resolution of customer issues in the field. Christine has the unique ability to analyze extremely detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders, and develop solutions that consistently meet the business needs of both her internal and external clients. With Christine as office manager, our business partners are guaranteed to always receive the most professional, thorough, and results-oriented customer service possible.
Frank Milligan – General Warehouse Manager
I am first and foremost a North Carolina born and bred, father to 4 beautiful daughters and the husband to my high-school sweetheart. My work ethics were instilled from my military parents who have worked hard throughout their careers. I followed their path, joining the military after high-school. After a short stint in the Air Force, I exited the military and entered the world of retail at a “big box” home improvement warehouse where my talents were quickly noticed. After just 6 months of my start in retail, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. That was just the beginning of my love for customer service! I spent the next 21 years managing over 14 store locations as a manager. I loved every minute of it. In October of 2016, I brought these talents to Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment as their first General Warehouse Manager. I am excited to see what our future holds!
Shari Lewis – Print Center Manager

(I’m the one in the orange shirt) The guy in the gray shirt is my “little” brother, the gang signs guy in red is my brother in-law, the person next to him is my sister, and the person next to her is my other sister. Guardians of the Galaxy ride – we dropped several floors right as this picture was being taken… 🙂
