Why do businesses prefer to work with us?
Because we've been the customer, and that makes all the difference in the world. Plain and simple, we seek to understand your needs first and then work to identify how our services can be matched to them to produce the desired results. Our professional results, customer-focus, and value-oriented pricing is what keeps customers coming back time and time again.Do I have to know a lot about printing to work with you?
Nope. We have an experienced staff that can help guide you through the print production process. We're here to serve you and your customers.
What printing services do you offer?
Our in-house digital print service offers high quality, low cost reproduction services in a timeframe and at a cost second to none in the Pacific Northwest. We also have partnerships with several local and nationwide printing partners. This enables us to provide our customers with offset and wide format printing options that meet our same standards for quality and timeliness.
What size paper and paper weights can you print on?
We can accommodate up to 13"x19" sized paper. We can print on 20# text and can go up to 111# cover stock. Our house sheets include a Domtar bright white 28#, 30% recycled sheet and a Domtar 80#, 30% recycled cover stock, which we find works well for most customers' standard applications. Through local and national print partnerships we can also offer printing on larger offset and web-based presses.
Do you offer binding or finishing services?
Of course we do! We offer custom hole drilling for 3,2, or single hole applications; several folding options (through our air-feed Martin-Yale 959 machine); and stapling, comb, coil, and other bindings. We also have partners who offer UV coating, die cutting, and custom foil applications for your pieces should the need arise. Give us a challenge and we'll work to provide you the solution you need to get it done!
What is your typical turnaround time?
Typical turnaround for digital printing is 24 hours or less depending on quantity, cutting, etc. Exceptionally large quantities, special cutting, binding, and finishing requirements can extend the turnaround time as can availability of materials and/or bindery equipment.
Through what medium do you accept print files?
We regularly receive files via email, CD, DVD, USB, ftp, etc.
Once a file is received, how long does it take for you to review it and contact me with questions?
We try to preflight orders within 4 hours from time of receipt. Job volume can occasionally affect our review time, but it's kept to a minimum.
How long does it take to get the finished product from the time you receive my file?
Our goal is to provide you with the finished product as quickly as possible, and typically within 24 hours. Issues that can affect this turnaround time include proof approval, special binding, equipment availability, etc.
How are privacy and security handled?
As per our corporate privacy policy, any information collected from you is only used to process your job(s) and never shared with any outside party without your permission.
