Positions held along his career path included: Marketing Production Manager, Sr. Online Marketing Analyst, Worldwide Marketing Operations Manager, Contracts Acquisition Manager, etc. Titles aside, the unique skill sets, processes learned, and attitude toward customer service done right would eventually lead him to his current position as founder and President of Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment, Inc. Christine Ballard – General Office Manager
For 18 years, Christine worked in technical customer support and service product management for Applied Biosystems (now Life Technologies), a global biotechnology instrument systems manufacterer. In her most recent position as a service product manager, she supplied in-house product management, logistics, and quality assurance support to the company’s service engineers in order to ensure optimum resolution of customer issues in the field. Christine has the unique ability to analyze extremely detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders, and develop solutions that consistently meet the business needs of both her internal and external clients.
